We blend old‑world hospitality with the joy of cooking, travel, and story—turning simple meals into small adventures.Through The Great Global Table experiences and Stowaway Press, our storytelling imprint, we bring Cap & Huber’s world to life with pop‑up picnics, hands‑on classes, and “stories you can cook.” We teach kids to notice, to serve, and to share the table with care—nurturing curiosity, gentle manners, and healthy eating while celebrating the foods, traditions, and everyday rituals that make each place—and each family—unique.
