General Terms

  • The Great Global Table LLC is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States.
  • Our mission is to inspire and educate children and families through culinary experiences, travel, and cultural exploration.
  • All content, classes, and products are intended for educational and personal use only.

Return and Refund Policy

           Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • State of Return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For digital products or classes, returns may be considered only if the class or content has not been accessed or attended.
  • Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for damaged items, incorrect products received, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note, personalized or perishable items (e.g., food) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • 2.1 How to Initiate a Return
  • Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including where to send the item.
  • 2.2 Return Shipping
  • For damaged or incorrect items, The Great Global Table will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • 3. Refund Policy
  • 3.1 Terms of Refund
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For classes or digital content, refunds are processed if the class was canceled by us, or if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • 3.2 Non-Refundable Items
  • Gift cards, downloadable content, and personalized or perishable goods are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • 4. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at the email below.
